  • New QuickBooks Online setup — basic setup is included with a monthly plan, or available on its own at CAD $75/hour

Pricing

Catch-up bookkeeping: From CAD $300 per month behind (up to 60 transactions per month. For straightforward records with complete documents). QuickBooks cleanup: From CAD $450 per project, for limited corrections to an existing file. Catch-up covers missing bookkeeping; cleanup corrects existing records. The final quote is confirmed in writing after reviewing your records, and additional work requires your approval. Backlogs of more than 12 months or unusually high volume get a custom quote.

Catch-up bookkeeping starts at CAD $300 per month behind (up to 60 transactions per month, for straightforward records with complete documents). QuickBooks cleanup starts at CAD $450 per project for limited corrections to an existing file. You get an estimated range from two questions — number of accounts and monthly transactions — and the final quote is confirmed in writing after a review of your records, before any work begins.
How long does a cleanup take?
It depends on the size of the backlog and how quickly complete documents come in, so I don't promise a timeline before seeing your records. Your start date and expected timeline are confirmed in writing with your quote, and the clock starts once your documents and access are in.
My records aren't in QuickBooks. Can you still help?
Yes. Catch-up work can start from your bank and credit card statements. We'll talk through what fits your business during the free review.
Will you judge how messy my books are?
No. Books fall behind in busy, growing businesses all the time. The goal is simply to get you to accurate, current records.
What happens after the sprint?
You can continue with monthly bookkeeping so the file stays current, or take the clean file and keep it up yourself. Either way, you start from accurate numbers.
